  • strawberries – 400-500 gr,
  • honey – 3, 4 tbsp. l.,
  • lemon – 1-2 pcs.,
  • fresh mint leaves to taste,
  • water – 1.5 l.
    Cooking:

Mash a little strawberries in a bowl so that the juice appears. Finely chop the mint leaves. Then mix all the ingredients, add squeezed lemon juice and pour in water. The lemonade is ready.

    This non-alcoholic, tasty drink is very refreshing and quenches thirst in the summer.

Ingredients:

  • lemon – 2 pcs.,
  • fresh or frozen berries – 400 g,
  • sparkling water – 1.5 l,
  • honey – to taste.

Cooking:

Chop the berries. Cut the lemon into slices and squeeze the juice. Then mix all the ingredients and pour in sparkling water. Add honey. The drink is ready.

Ingredients:

  • finely chopped ginger root – 2 tsp.,
  • honey – 2 tbsp. l.,
  • lemon – 1 pc.,
  • water – 1.5 l.

Cooking:

Put ginger in a saucepan, pour one glass of water. Bring the mixture to a boil and boil for about 5 minutes. Then cool and strain. Add honey and lemon juice to this ginger fluid. Stir well – and the drink is ready.

    It is known that in kiwi perfectly affects the immune system. Therefore, a flavored drink with kiwi is very useful for the body.

Ingredients:

  • kiwi – 5 pcs., lemon – 1 pc.,
  • honey – 1-2 tbsp. l.,
  • sparkling or plain water – 1.5 liters.

Cooking:

Peeled kiwi chopper fruits in a blender. Add lemon juice, honey and water. Mix well again. The drink is ready to drink.
